Difference between Cocoa vs Cacao vs Carob

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh coconut water (or filtered water)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ¼ teaspoon molasses
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2-3 teaspoons dark cocoa powder or carob powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and serve with fresh berries or thawed raspberries in a small pot with 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. If you have no dates, use fresh or frozen bananas or maple syrup. If you have no coconut water, use either filtered water or nut milk.
