Ingredients
- 3 cups tightly packed fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of pine nuts
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the spinach. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bring the pesto to room temperature before serving.
