Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients
- 4 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 ½ cups of tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups of organic corn
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- ½ cup celery, sliced thinly
- 5 cups of water2 ½ cups of non-dairy milk
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine all the ingredients except the milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add the milk and continue simmering until heated through. Serve topped with the parsley.
