Trout Stuffed with Herb Croutons

Ingredients
- 6 slices of whole grain bread, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 4-6 whole trout
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix up the crouton ingredients (bread, herbs, garlic, salt and honey, olive oil). Rinse the fish in cold water. Place the fish on a baking pan. Stuff each fish with crouton. If there are extra croutons, put them on the bottom of the baking dish and put the fish on top. Bake for 15-20 minute or until a fork easily pierces the skin.
