Szechuan Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 heads of broccoli, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons umeboshi vinegar or tamari
- 10 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the stems off the broccoli, slice them into 1/2inch rounds, put them in a large bowl. Slice the heads of broccoli and cut them into bite size pieces and put them in a separate bowl. Add oil, umueboshi vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Saute one minute and add the broccoli stems. Stir continuously for about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli tops and stir fry 5 minutes, until broccoli is bright green.
