Sunflower Pate

Ingredients
- Dry ingredients
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- ½ cup of cornmeal flour
- ½ cup of nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 3 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried savory
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon dried sage leaves
- ¼ teaspoon sea kelp
- Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup finely grated potato
- 1 ½ cups of water
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 4 teaspoons horseradish
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Grate the potato and rinse it thoroughly. Squeeze and drain after rinsing. Add the remaining ingredients, the potatoes last. Mix well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously oil a 9 inch glass pie plate and coop in the pate mixture. Put it in the oven and immediately turn the heat down to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes until browned. Let the pate cool 2 hours and then chill before serving.
