Sunflower Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup filtered water
- 2 medium sun-dried tomatoes soaked in warm water
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon green onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olives, sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons basil, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon shoyu
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 1/2teaspoon thyme
- 1/2teaspoon rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Soak sunflower seeds for 1 hour. Drain. Soak sun-dried tomatoes for 20 minutes. Drain and chop and place in a large mixing bowl. Place soaked and drained sunflower seeds, lemon juice, water and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
