Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 20 ounces of tofu
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon guar gum
- Several dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons beet juice (optional)
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a food processor. Freeze solid. Put in a food processor again. Mix. Refreeze. Remove from freezer several minutes before serving.
