Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of TVP (textured vegetable protein)
- 1 16 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 6 mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 1 ½ tablespoons of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon savory
- ½ teaspoon sage
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth powder
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Soak the TVP in 2 cups of hot water for 5 minutes to soften it, then drain. In a large saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice spaghetti with a fresh green salad.
