Lentil Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups of red lentils, rinsed
- 8 cups of water
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 5 inch piece of dulse
- 2 dozen asparagus spears, sliced
- ½ teaspoon parsley, chopped
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer water with red lentils for 30 minutes. Add dulse and onions and simmer for 20 minutes. Add herbs and honey. Add asparagus and simmer for 10 minutes.
