Ginger Seitan

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 pound seitan
- 1 ½ cups of onion, sliced thin
- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup ginger, minced
- ¼ cup tamari
- 1 teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Place oil in a saute pan on medium high heat. Add onion and ginger and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add maple syrup, seitan and water and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
