Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups cooked brown rice*, refrigerated overnight
- 1 small carrot, cut in matchsticks
- ½ cup mixture of frozen peas and corn
- ¾ cup of vegetarian ham, cut in matchsticks
- 1 teaspoon dried marinated cabbage
- 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea kelp
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon instant gravy
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of nori
- 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
Instructions
- Stir-fry the carrots, peas, corn, cabbage, in the oil. Add rice, instant gravy, pine nuts, nori, tamari sauce, salt and pepper, and mix it all together. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the fried rice.
