Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Chinese Cabbage
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons mirin
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 5 leaves of bok choy, cut into bite size pieces
- 2/3 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ sea kelp
- Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Heat a wok. Add oil, mirin, onions, garlic, ginger, cabbage, sea kelp, honey, salt. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, until tender. Add the bok choy. Stir-fry the bok choy for a minute until it turns bright green. Add tamari, stir and taste. Adjust seasonings, if necessary.
