Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 apples, rinsed and sliced
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup of teff flour
- 1/3 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 3 cups of apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sliced apples on the bottom of a large glass baking dish. Place pitted dates on top of apples, spaced evenly. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over apples and dates. In a separate mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, salt, vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, sugar. Mix together and crumble mixture over apples and dates. Pour fruit juice on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
