Almond Pate

Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw almonds, soaked for 8 hours
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2cupsliced celery
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers in a covered container up to 3 days.
