A Spring Article from Kasia
Here is a sweet and short article I have just written on Spring Cleaning in Your Health Magazine. Remember that even one small change everyday, just adding one more glass of water or taking an antioxidant daily, can change your health and how you feel. Do not feel intimidated if you are not ready to take a fomal detox program. You can still do a “cleaning up” of your intestines in a gentle way. Do not skip meals, cook a whole grain for breakfast, have apples or pears and some nuts for snacks and drink plenty of purified water. Your body will thank you. Spring is coming and it is the best time to cleanse!

Great advice, right on as usual Kasia.
It is good to be reminded again, especially at this time of year when spring is approaching and all life has the potential to blossom and grow.
