Yam Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 cups peeled, chopped yams
- ¾ cup of non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 3 teaspoons onion put through a garlic press
- 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- Cayenne pepper
- Sea Kelp
- 2 teaspoons grated orange
Instructions
- Steam the yams until tender. Use a food processor to mix all the ingredients until smooth. Reheat the sauce on low heat in a saucepan. Serve hot over grains or vegetables.
