Winter Squash Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups of butternut squash, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 cups of sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of water
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Bring the vegetables, apples and water to a boil in a saucepan on high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Add the seasonings and use a blender to process the mixture. Heat in saucepan again until hot throughout.
