1 bunch of greens (kale, collards), cleaned well and sliced into bite sized pieces
Grated zest of a lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add greens and a dash of tamari sauce and cook until greens are tender and begin to wilt, about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon zest and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and toss greens with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
