Vegetarian Meat Ball Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 cups buckwheat, cooked
- ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup crimini mushrooms, finely diced
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Form into 2 inch balls and place on a well-oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown crust. Serve on whole grain bread with Marinara Sauce.
