Ingredients
- 2 cups of kidney beans liquid
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup spelt flour
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon vegetable broth
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Several dashes of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cook beans in 3 cups of water and when tender drain off two cups of liquid. Save the beans in the refrigerator for another recipe. Combine all the ingredients with the cooled bean juice and stir over medium low heat until thickened. Use a wire whisk to blend well. Correct the seasoning to taste.
