Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound of onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 3 ¼ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Saute 1 pound of mushrooms and onions in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add 3 cups of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of arrowroot. Add garlic, herbs, vanilla, honey, salt, pepper and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Put ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy, serve hot over main dishes.
