Vegetable Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 6 cups of water
- 1 ½ cups onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 /2 cup celery, sliced
- 4 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Jalapeno, minced
- 3 ½ cups black beans, cooked
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 6 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Add water, onion, garlic, celery, jalapeno and carrots to a 3 quart pot, cook on medium high heat until carrots are soft, approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans, bell pepper and spices, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
