Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- ¾ cup ground raw cashew pieces
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 3 teaspoons arrowroot powder
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon guar gum
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon molasses
- 3 dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender until smooth. Freeze the mixture solid. Cut into pieces and use a food processor to chop it, soften it and mix it thoroughly. Refreeze the ice cream, remove, let stand a few minutes then serve.
