Ingredients
- 1 cup ground raw cashews, blanched almonds or pine nuts
- 10 ounces soft tofu
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 ½ teaspoons guar gum or xantham gum
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix thoroughly. Chill and spread over the cake.
