Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing
- 10 ounces firm tofu
- ½ cup of non-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Juice of an orange
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon dill
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Salad
- 2 apples, chopped
- 2 pears, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- For dressing: Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. For salad: Mix the ingredients together and serve chilled.
