Tomato Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups sun dried tomatoes
- 1 ¾ cups of red wine, or balsamic or wine vinegar
- ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Soak dried tomatoes in enough wine to cover them. You can also marinate them in balsamic or wine vinegar. Drain and save the cooking wine for other cooking after 2 hours. Marinate the tomatoes in olive oil Stir in the garlic, honey and herbs. Put the lid on a jar and shake.
