Tomato Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
- 5 cups of chopped cabbage
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dill
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can of tomato juice
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth powder
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon sea kelp
Instructions
- Simmer the cabbage in water or stick for 8 minutes until tender but firm. Add the tomatoes and tomato juice and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. While the vegetables are cooking, saute the green onions and white onion in oil for 3 minutes until browned and tender. Add the onions with the remaining mixture and all the other ingredients to the cabbage-tomato mixture, and cook everything on a low heat for another 10 minutes.
