Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup of water
- 2 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 carrot, sliced into matchsticks
- 8 inch piece of daikon (radish), sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 5 cabbage leaves, cut into bite size pieces
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat wok. Add mirin, oil, water and tamari. Then add the ginger, daikon, carrot. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Add celery, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, honey, kale and cabbage. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.
