Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 small turnip, sliced into matchsticks
- 1 large leek, sliced
- 1 stalk of celery, sliced
- 1 small pepper, sliced
- 2 leaves of Chinese Cabbage, sliced into bite size pieces
- 1 pound firm tofu, cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat wok. Add oil, tamari, mirin, garlic, parsley, turnip. Add leek and celery. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add pepper, Chinese Cabbage and tofu. Stir-fry to coat all of the ingredients with seasoning of the pan. Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired.
