Tofu Sesame Dip

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ pound of tofu
- ¼ cup of tahini
- 1 scallion, minced
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, puree the water, vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, sugar, honey, salt, tofu. Whisk the tahini into a bowl and beat until puree. Stir in the scallions, parsley, pepper, cayenne. Cover the dip, and chill before serving.
