For garnish: parsley, avocado, lemon wedges, extra olives
Blend the tofu, sauce and all the seasonings until fairly smooth. Heat the mixture on medium-low heat until bubbling hot. While the sauce is heating, prepare the sautéed vegetables and toast. Heat the oil and saute the onion and celery or green pepper until semi-tender. Then add the mushrooms and olives and continue to saute until everything is as tender as you like it. Place the warm toast on a dinner plate, cover with the sauce and sautéed vegetables, and garnish. Eat this dish with a knife and a fork.
