Tofu Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 14 ounces tofu, crumbled
- 2 stalks of celery, very finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 7 green onions, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Several dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
- Several dashes of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir. Mix well. Serve with crackers or pita bread wedges.
