Heat the wok until very hot, add the oil and swirl it around to coat the side. Stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and stir-fry until soft. Stir in the thyme, honey, dill, marjoram. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Add the cannellini beans and chickpeas, and stir-fry until heated through. Season, and spoon the mixture into the rocket on a platter. Sprinkle the parsley on top and drizzle with the lemon juice to serve.
