Tempeh Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of tempeh
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ cup of onion, half-moon slices
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 3 cups of assorted vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, snow peas, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini)
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- ½ teaspoon mirin
- 3 tablespoons fresh herbs
- ½ teaspoon sea kelp
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax oil
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Marinate tempeh in tamari for 10 minutes and grill. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Add sesame oil to a wok on medium high heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger, cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mixed vegetables and cook until just tender, approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding small amounts of water to prevent stocking. Ad grilled tempeh cubes, tamari, mirin and herbs as well as the remaining ingredients. Ix well. Garnish with sesame seeds, flax oil and nutritional yeast.
