Tasty Broccoli with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
- ¾ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons vegetarian mushroom sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, sliced or chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add broccoli and cover. Turn heat off and set aside, do not lift cover until you are ready to add the sauce. Heat the oils in a skillet and stir-fry the ginger until golden brown. Add the mushroom sauce, broccoli, broccoli sock and mix well. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, yeast and sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
