Tamari Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 package Japanese soba or udon noodles
- 1 quart of water
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon sea kelp
Instructions
- Boil noodles. Meanwhile slice the scallions. After 8-10 minutes, taste the noodles to see if they are tender. If so, stir in the tamari, dill, sugar, sea kelp and taste the broth. Serve the soup garnished with scallions.
