Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 4 cups of water
- 1/4 cupof tahini
- 1/3 cup tamari
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer rolled oats, water, salt for about an hour, or until oatmeal is creamy. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over steamed vegetables or noodles.
