Tahini Parsley

Ingredients
- ¼ cup of tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tablespoon umeboshi vinegar
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 7 large sprigs of parsley, chopped fine
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer tahini, garlic and water for 2 minutes. Add umeboshi vinegar. Simmer for 1 minute. Add and stir in parsley, dill, honey, sugar, salt and pepper. Serve hot or cold over noodles.
