Sweet Rice

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of sweet rice*
- 2 ½ cups of water
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 1 5 inch kombu seaweed, soaked (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add rice. Return to boil and stir slowly until mixture becomes heavy. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook another 10-15 minutes, adding soaked kombu if desired. Add sesame seeds, stir and continue cooking for 3 more minutes or until rice is completely done.
