Sun-Dried Tomato Pate

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almonds
- ¾ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- ¾ cup sun-dried tomato soaked water
- ½ cup basil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons shoyu
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoons flax oil
Instructions
- Soak almonds for 1 hour. Drain. Soak tomatoes in warm filtered water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside 2/3 cup of soaking water. Place almonds in a food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
