1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil for stir-frying
Heat oil in a wok or heavy frying pan at high heat. Fry the tofu until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Remove frying oil from pan and heat a fresh tablespoon of oil at high heat. Add fried tofu, mushrooms, honey, garlic, dill, celery, tamari and yeast. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and pepper. Serve with rice and soup or salad for a meal.
