Stir-Fry Mushrooms and Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds of mushrooms, quartered
- 1 pound of firm tofu, cut into bite sized pieces
- 4 stalks of celery, cut diagonally in thin slices
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander
- Black pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil for stir-frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or heavy frying pan at high heat. Fry the tofu until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Remove frying oil from pan and heat a fresh tablespoon of oil at high heat. Add fried tofu, mushrooms, honey, garlic, dill, celery, tamari and yeast. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and pepper. Serve with rice and soup or salad for a meal.
