Steamed Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 3 medium baby bok choy, leaves separated
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon honey
- Water
- Sesame oil to taste
Instructions
- Wash the greens and drain. In a medium sized stock pot, place a steamer basket in the bottom and just enough water to reach the level of the basket. Place the leaves in the steamer basket and cover. Bring the water to a boil and steam the bok choy with parsley, honey and dill mixed up for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame oil for taste.
