Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried split peas
- 3 cups of water
- 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and boil for 20 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until split peas are tender. Top with favorite fresh herbs.
