Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds young spinach leaves, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- ½ cup of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of black olives
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon marjoram
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoon tamari
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, toss and serve.
