Spicy Lemongrass Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds tofu, cut in 1 ½ inch cubes
- 4 stalks celery, cut into ½ inch diagonal slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon five spices
- ½ teaspoon red chilies
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Deep-fry the tofu cubes until they are golden brown, set aside. Warm a skillet to medium high heat, then add 2 tablespoons of oil to warm it. Add all the ingredients except celery and stir-cook until everything is well mixed. Add celery, cover, lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
