Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup of roasted, hulled sesame seeds, ground
- 1 cup of tahini
- 2 cups of water or non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 3 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Celtic Sea Salt to taste
- Fe dashes of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Spread the sesame seeds on a flat baking pan and bake for 15 minute at 300 degrees. Stir once or twice and remove from oven when lightly brown and toasted. Blend the toasted seeds ¼ cup at a time in the blender until finely ground. Place the seeds and all the remaining ingredients in the blender and liquefy. Heat the mixture until hot throughout. Serve on vegetables.
