Scallion Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 2 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 cups of chick peas
- 2 tablespoons of kudzu or arrowroot, diluted in ¼ cup of water
- 1 teaspoon tamari sauce
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer scallions and ginger in chick pea broth or water for 2 minutes. Dilute kudzu in ¼ cup of cold water, and stir in the simmering scallions and ginger. Add tamari honey and sugar, simmer for 5 more minutes, serve over grains or noodles.
