Sauteed Kale

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 leeks, sliced
- 2 tablespoons umeboshi vinegar
- 2 large bunches of green kale, sliced
- 1 large bunch of dill, minced
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or stock pot. Add oil and leeks, and saute for 3 minutes. Add umeboshi vinegar, kale, herbs, salt, pepper and honey and simmer for 5 minutes until tender. Mix in dill. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
