Sauteed Greens

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of leafy greens (kale, collards, broccoli)
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon honey
- Tamari sauce
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Dash of Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add greens and a dash of tamari sauce and cook until greens are tender and begin to wilt. Stir in honey, dill, lemon zest and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and toss greens with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
